These Terms of Service govern your use of the Black Sheep Dynamics website and your purchase of products from Black Sheep Dynamics LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Black Sheep Dynamics LLC is a San Diego, California company that designs and sells gaming hardware, including the Battle Grid leverless controller and related accessories. Contact us at customercare@blacksheepdynamics.us or through the Contact page on blacksheepdynamics.us.

2. Products

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are provided for information. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, finishes, and minor details may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in descriptions or pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment is authorized.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid. Pre-orders are fulfilled according to the estimated ship date stated on the product page. That date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date shown on carrier tracking. The customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page and packaging. The Battle Grid carries a 5-year limited warranty subject to the coverage terms, exclusions, and geographic limits published with the product. Warranty service is separate from the return policy. Opening a unit for repair or modification under the Right to Repair does not by itself void coverage of unrelated defects, but damage caused by user modification is excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including logos, product designs, text, images, and the Battle Grid design, is owned by Black Sheep Dynamics LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our marks or designs without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access or cancel orders if we detect abuse or fraud.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Sheep Dynamics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
