Refund policy

Black Sheep Dynamics LLC accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier tracking. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us through the Contact page on our website or email customercare@blacksheepdynamics.us. Include your order number, serial number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide the return address.

Do not ship a product back until you have received confirmation from us.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product shows damage, excessive wear, missing parts, or signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Black Sheep Dynamics LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.

For orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, Japan, the Philippines, or South Korea, you are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that apply to the return shipment. These costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where required by law.

International Orders

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea. Return eligibility and the 14-day window are calculated from the delivery date shown on the carrier tracking, regardless of destination. Customers outside the United States should allow additional time for international return shipping and customs clearance.

Warranty

This return policy is separate from the product warranty. Warranty claims are handled under the terms of the applicable warranty and are not subject to this 14-day return window.
