Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Black Sheep Dynamics LLC offers certain products as pre-orders. This policy explains how those orders can be cancelled.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not yet ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout. The order is fulfilled on or around the estimated ship date shown on the product page. That date is an estimate.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order is fulfilled and shipped. To cancel, email us at customercare@blacksheepdynamics.us or use the Contact page on our website. Include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, any return is handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date shown on carrier tracking. The customer pays return shipping.

If We Cannot Fulfill a Pre-Order

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscription products. If we do in the future, this policy will be updated before those products are made available.
