Warranty

Black Sheep Dynamics™ offers the following limited warranties on our products:

Lifetime Limited Warranty on all accessories (including USB-C cables and similar items). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your accessory fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, theft, fire, loss, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact our team at customercare@blacksheepdynamics.us along with your proof of purchase.

5-Year Limited Warranty on all hero products, including leverless controllers, arcade sticks, fightpads, and gamepad controllers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If your hero product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (at our discretion). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, theft, fire, loss, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact our team at customercare@blacksheepdynamics.us along with your proof of purchase.
